NOTICE
Public Notice is hereby given that an Ordinance will be introduced before the City Council of the
City of Jackson on August 2, 2022, the purpose of which is to amend the FY23 Budget Ordinance.
A public hearing will be held at the meeting of the City Council on August 2, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., in
the George A. Smith Room at City Hall. A second reading on the proposed Ordinance will be held
at a special called meeting of the City Council on August 9, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., in the George A.
Smith Room at City Hall. The Ordinance in its entirety is on file in the City Recorders Office, Suite
203, at City Hall and may be examined during normal business hours.
