Mid-West Tennessee Genealogical Society meeting

Mid-West Tennessee Genealogical Society meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm in the Program Center of the Jackson-Madison County Library at 433 East Lafayette Street in Jackson.

On November 12, Kathy Haney Williams will present a program of tips for genealogy research to find and prove ancestors with special emphasis on American Revolutionary War patriot ancestors.  Documents that are needed to prove lineage will be highlighted, and research sources will be shared.  Anyone interested in joining a lineage society or just interested in their family history should attend this meeting.

Mid-West Tennessee Genealogical Society’s annual membership dues are $20 and include quarterly issues of “Family Findings” published by the Society.  Anyone interested in genealogy is invited to attend the monthly meetings.
