#Hometown News - U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Jazmonique L. Jones

U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Jazmonique L. Jones graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Jones is the daughter of Lashawn Jones of Saginaw, Mich., and Averial Craion of Gulfport, Miss., and granddaughter of Pearl Barnes of Memphis, Tenn., and Andrew Jones of Danville, Ill., and niece of Rayunza Hood of Novi, Mich., Mallory Craion of Champaign, Ill., and Cherie Robinson of Baton Rouge, La.

She is a 2012 graduate of Arthur Hill High School, Saginaw, Mich.
