MADISON COUNTY MAN INDICTED, ARRESTED ON MULTIPLE HUMAN TRAFFICKING CHARGES
JACKSON – A joint investigation by Special Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Madison
County Sheriff’s Office has resulted in the indictment and arrest of an individual charged with multiple human
trafficking charges.
As a result of a Grand Jury indictment, Randall Ray “T-Bone” Ward, DOB 9/19/1965, of Jackson, TN was arrested
on two (2) counts of Trafficking for Commercial Sex Act and two (2) counts of Promoting Prostitution.
On March 1, 2017, as a result of a tip received by the Madison County Crime Stoppers, TBI Special Agents and
the Madison County Sheriff’s Department began an investigation into Ward’s human trafficking activities. The
results of this joint investigation were turned over to the Grand Jury which issued a True Bill on October 2, 2017.
Ward is currently being held in the Madison County Jail.
