Connie and Johnny Babb, of Union City, are the new managers of the Cafe at Discovery Park of America in Union City. Johnny’s love for cooking combined with Connie’s experience in restaurant management made them the perfect choice for the job. Connie has previously managed both the Union City Pizza Hut and Snappy Tomato Pizza in Union City. Bill and Jan Coffee, of Union City, retired from managing the Cafe at the end of 2017. Connie and Johnny invite all their friends and previous customers to enjoy lunch at the Cafe in Discovery Center. The Cafe is open from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and offers a delicious assortment of sandwiches, salads, wraps, soups, pizza, daily specials, and homemade fudge. An admission ticket to the park is not required to eat in the Cafe.
