PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF JACKSON
Pursuant to TCA § 7-53-305 (j), notice is hereby given to all residents of the City of Jackson, Tennessee and Madison County, Tennessee, and to all persons interested that The Industrial Development Board of the City Jackson (the “Board”) shall meet and conduct a public hearing at the upstairs conference room at FirstBank located at 11 Channing Way, Jackson, Tennessee 38305 on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 12:00 Noon on such matters before the Board including consideration of 1) approval of a Letter of Intent and adoption of resolutions for Payment in lieu of Tax (PILOT) agreements with respect to “Project Revere” and 2) approval and adoption of resolutions for Payment in lieu of Tax (PILOT) agreement with respect to U.S. Farathane, LLC.
