The City of Three Way is sending this notice concerning your property
located at 5327 Nika Drive. This property has become overgrown in
vegetation and is in violation of City Ordinance No. 14-0804.
Your property needs to be mowed within two weeks of this notice in
order to bring this matter to a close. Failure to do so will result in
the City exercising its rights to clean up this property and avail
itself of legal remedies to recover its cost. If you have any
