Dyersburg, Tennessee – Dyersburg State Community College (DSCC), along with the Mid-South Minority Business Council (MMBC) Continuum, will co-host a free seminar entitled “Life Cycle Approach to Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) Growth.” The event will be held Nov. 29, from 8:30-11:30 a.m., inside the Baptist Memorial Health Care Academic Building Auditorium at the DSCC Jimmy Naifeh Center at Tipton County. A free continental breakfast will be served.
The seminar targets minority and women-owned businesses seeking information and strategies that answer the question of how to grow a business. An introduction to the M/WBE Life Cycle Continuum will allow participants to identify common growth challenges and opportunities in business. The seminar will also empower businesses to assess their current and desired position in the business life cycle and provide tools that will help business owners chart a course for disciplined growth.
