South Side High School invites all United States veterans and South Side alumni to their Veterans Day program planned for Friday, November 9, at 1:30 p.m. in the school gymnasium on the West Campus located at 84 Harts Bridge Road in Jackson, TN. The program will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I; and students from the Media Department, Band, and Choir will participate. The Veterans Honor Guard of Parkers Crossroads will present a flag folding demonstration. Veterans will be honored with special seating on the gym floor. The public is welcome to attend.
