#HumboldtTN man charged with Rape of a child
On February 13, 2018 Officers of the Humboldt Police Department
began an investigation into a possible case of the Rape of a Child. After
an investigation on 03/11/2018 Terry Scott Nichols, 31 years old from
Humboldt has been charged with Rape of a Child under the age of 13,
two counts of Rape and three counts of incest. Terry Scott Nichols is
being held at the Gibson County Criminal Complex in Trenton,
Tennessee. His bond has been set at $150,000.00
