TWO MIDDLE TENNESSEE MEN ARRESTED, CHARGED IN NOLENSVILLE HOMICIDE

NASHVILLE – An investigation by Special Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has resulted in the arrest of two men today, each charged in connection with a New Year’s Day homicide in Nolensville.
At the request of 21st District Attorney General Kim Helper, on January 1st, TBI Special Agents joined the Nolensville Police Department in investigating a homicide that occurred that night at 9849 Sam Donald Road. The victim, Robert Ward (DOB: 7/25/73) was shot and killed inside of his residence. A 10-year-old child was also inside the home at the time the incident occurred, but was not injured. During the course of the investigation, Agents developed information that Miles Richardson Holt, of Franklin, and Jonathon Kyle Elliott, of Antioch, were the individuals responsible for the death of Mr. Ward.
On Wednesday, TBI Special Agents arrested Holt (DOB: 5/8/98) and Elliott (DOB: 1/30/96) and charged each man with one count of Criminal Homicide. Holt (below, left) and Elliott (below, right) were booked into the Williamson County Jail today. Holt’s bond was set at $750,000. Elliott’s bond was set at $850,000.
