CAMPBELL COUNTY WOMAN CHARGED WITH FILING FALSE REPORTS
KNOXVILLE – An investigation by Special Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has led to the indictment of a Campbell County woman accused of falsifying reports against LaFollette police officers.
On July 5th, at the request of 8th District Attorney General Jared Effler, TBI Special Agents began investigating accusations of misconduct involving a LaFollette police officer. The allegations were made by Angela Jane Morgan. During the course of the investigation, Agents determined that Morgan fabricated the story.
